Shipping Cost
Shipping cost is calculated on a "per item" basis. For each product you add, there will be an additional cost for shipping. If you are placing an order with multiple items (more than 3), please feel free to contact OnRAMP staff for possible shipping discounts.
Shipping Timing
OnRAMP keeps a small inventory of each curriculum on hand so when orders come in our goal is to have them shipped within 5-7 business days. However, if you are placing a large order, the shipping times may increase (up to 10 business days) due to working with our printer. Please communicate with OnRAMP staff for more specific shipping times if you are working with a specific timeline.
RETURN&EXCHANGE POLICY
All sales are final.
We will accept exchanges for products that are damaged or if the incorrect item was shipped. If you have concerns regarding the curriculum you have purchased though, please do contact OnRAMP staff as our desire is customer satisfaction!
